Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to make the shipping as cheap as possible. We are not very good with fancy websites and have not been able to make the shipping calculator work right so are trying a fixed shipping rate. Every item has a fixed rate which is what it costs to ship that item alone. The downside is if you buy multiple items the website does not always calculate combined shipping. If you think you shipping quote is incorrect please contact us.  

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

***If you are local or will be at a ride we are going to we are happy to arrange pickup or bring your item to the ride. Please use coupon code "local" for free shipping in the checkout cart. 

Cancellations

Custom orders may be cancelled or changed the first week after purchase. After the first week we do not accept cancellations. They will be subject to our return policy and 40% restocking fee as generally the mohair is already ordered and cut out. On a case by case basis we will accept changes when possible till the item has been started. Changes may occur an additional fee. 

Returns Policy

Custom orders in new, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery but will be charged a 40% re-stocking fee as they may not be suitable for re-sale. This includes mohair girth and cinches. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us. Our goal is to come to a solution for everyone. 

Stock items may be returned in new condition within 30 days for a refund minus shipping charges. 

If your item arrives and it is incorrect or defective it will be fixed or a new item sent out at no cost to you. We will pay for all the shipping. If your item has problems or it breaks during it's lifespan and it's not due to normal wear please contact us. We want happy customers and stand behind our products. If your item needs repair please contact us. We will repair many things for a low cost or free. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
